Refund policy

At Maison Lierre, each piece is created with precision and intention.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items that are unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, the following items are non-refundable:
– Custom or made-to-order pieces  
– Items purchased on final sale  

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
